Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Administrator in the United States, focused on enterprise business systems for critical operations in sports industries. You will own the Dynamics 365 strategy, partner with a systems administrator, and manage the KORE Intelligence Platform to optimize configurations, security, and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar enterprise CRM.
• Hands-on admin experience with the KORE Intelligence Platform or a comparable system.
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations with technical admins or partners.
• Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Dynamics 365 Administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the business and operational strategy for Dynamics 365, partnering with the existing Dynamics System Administrator.
• Administer the KORE Intelligence Platform, including configuration, security roles, user management, and day-to-day maintenance.
• Support implementation, launch, and long-term optimization of Dynamics 365 and KORE Intelligence.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions with stakeholders across Operations, Competition, Partnerships, and Commercial teams.
• Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and KORE Intelligence.
