Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior PM to lead large Dynamics 365 initiatives in a complex, multi-workload environment. You will act as trusted advisor to client leadership and steer projects from planning through delivery, balancing scope, timeline, cost, and risk while maximizing client outcomes.

You will mentor junior PMs and collaborate with client executives to ensure successful outcomes across the full SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years actively managing projects in a project manager role including end-to-end lifecycle execution and SDLC
• Has managed 3+ Dynamics 365 implementations including at least 1 ERP project
• Previous consulting experience required
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, scope documents/backlogs, project schedules with dependencies, and resource forecasts/plans
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines, communicating solutions to clients
• PM training/certification (PMP, CAPM, CSM) preferred
• Microsoft training/certifications preferred
• Able to break down complex items into workable segments
• Able to manage multiple projects independently and concurrently
• Excellent written/spoken English

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages large/complex Dynamics 365 projects, including integrations and AI requirements
• Guides strategic decisions with client leadership on scope, timeline, cost, and risk
• Oversees project teams and mitigates risks while protecting outcomes
• Leads project planning, monitoring, and reporting with risk framing
• Builds trust-based relationships with client PMs and executives
• Identifies risks and mitigation options before they materialize
• Challenges scope and delivery approaches to protect outcomes
• Adapts communication to audience to provide context and guidance
• Uses escalation strategically to remove blockers
• Identifies opportunities to improve client outcomes beyond the plan
• Organizes steering committees and governance focused on decision-making
• Maintains project financials, forecasts, and delivery health
• Manages issues and escalations with professionalism
• Mentors and coaches junior PMs
