Job summary

PowerGrid Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Administrator to implement, configure, and support our Finance and Project Operations environments. The role covers security, environment management, release coordination, and data integrity across sandbox and production systems.

You will work with partners and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot incidents, migrate configurations, and keep ERP services available and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/engineering or equivalent with 5+ years ERP admin experience.
• Extensive hands-on work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Project Operations.
• Experience coordinating changes across environments and production incidents.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into Dynamics configuration and deployment tasks.
• Administer and configure Dynamics 365, manage environments, and security.
• Monitor ERP health, batch processing, and integrations; troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with partners for custom development and support releases.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base.
