Job summary

PowerGrid Services, LLC seeks a Finance Business Analyst to lead finance application initiatives. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Payroll, Operations, and IT to define clear requirements and data definitions, and to ensure delivery aligns with business outcomes.

You will analyze record-to-report and consolidation processes, support design across Dynamics and OneStream, and drive high-quality Excel models and data transformations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or related field; 5+ years in finance systems or ERP projects.
• Strong knowledge of core accounting and finance processes, controls, and data reconciliation.
• Experience with ERP implementations and enterprise system best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary BA for Finance applications and partner with accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Payroll, Operations, and tech teams.
• Analyze current and future state processes across record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, budgeting and close.
• Translate business needs into requirements, data definitions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support solution design across Microsoft Dynamics, OneStream, and finance integrations.
• Maintain requirements traceability and ensure changes progress through testing, training, release, and stabilization.
• Plan and coordinate UAT, validation, and sign-off for application changes and releases.
