Job summary

SmithGroup seeks a Dynamics 365 Administrator to manage CE, Project Operations, and Finance & Operations. This hands-on role spans configuration, end-user support, and development efforts within a hybrid work model located in the Eastern time zone.

You will partner with stakeholders and MSPs to configure, test, deploy, and maintain D365 solutions across DEV, UAT, and PROD, while driving system adoption and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Project Operations, and Finance & Operations (F&O).
• 3–5 years in a Microsoft Dynamics administrator role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technology preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and support D365 CE, PO, F&O, and Power Platform.
• Coordinate with Dynamics MSP for production issues, features, upgrades, and changes.
• Manage DEV/UAT/PROD environments with change management and documentation.
