Job summary

Apogee Services Inc. seeks a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform Administrator to oversee day-to-day administration, security, and lifecycle management of the enterprise D365 platform.

This role collaborates with IT, business teams, Microsoft, implementation partners, and managed service providers to keep the platform stable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards as Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse modules are deployed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dynamics AX environments.
• Hands-on experience administering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience managing D365 environments, security, users, roles, batch jobs, releases, and application lifecycle activities.
• Experience with Power Platform Admin Center and Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 role-based security and integrations (APIs, Dataverse, Azure).
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar release management tools.
• Understanding of enterprise change and release management practices.
• Ability to work with functional analysts, developers, integration teams, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Administer D365 across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Coordinate releases, updates, patches, and deployments.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for D365.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and security.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams on issues and improvements.
• Maintain configuration documentation and governance artifacts.
