Job summary

GSquared Group is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer to design, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Customer Experience, Warranty, and Field Operations, with strong Azure integration.

You will build Power Apps and Power Automate flows, develop server‑side logic in C#/.NET, and integrate D365 CE with enterprise systems while collaborating with business, operations, and IT teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, or similar integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes, data modeling, and solution architecture.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• CRM Development & Customization: customize and extend Dynamics 365 CE with entities, forms, views, rules, workflows, plugins, and solution components.
• Server-side logic: develop using C#, .NET, and plugin development within D365 CE.
• Power Apps, Power Automate, and custom connectors development and maintenance.
• Azure integration: integrate D365 CE with enterprise systems using Azure Integration Services.
• Data migration support to Dataverse; maintain documentation and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure CRM solutions.
• Help troubleshoot CRM issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, release management, and user support.
