Job summary

FloresHR is seeking a CRM Senior Developer/Administrator to own Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform. You will administer, develop, and support the CRM, Dataverse, Power Automate, and integrations in a remote-capable role.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and external resources to translate business needs into effective CRM solutions, owning delivery across environments while maintaining documentation and security. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM, including administration, development, and production ownership.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse, incl. configuration, security, solutions, and Power Automate.
• Experience with JavaScript in Dynamics 365, C# plugins or other Dataverse server-side development, and REST APIs or Dataverse Web API.
• Experience with system integrations, data synchronization, solution deployments, and ALM across environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving, ability to gather requirements and translate to config or development changes.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, and Power Platform environments.
• Provide user support and act as escalation point for complex dynamics, integration, or security issues.
• Configure and develop tables, fields, forms, dashboards, and flows.
• Develop customizations using JavaScript, C#, plugins, and REST APIs.
• Manage integrations and data flows between Dynamics 365 and other apps; monitor quality and synchronization.
• Maintain documentation and continuously seek improvements in usability, automation, and performance.
