Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a seasoned Dynamics CRM specialist to design, customize, and integrate CRM solutions across ERP and on‑premise/online systems. You will work on plugins, workflows, web resources, and CRM security models, with strong .NET, SQL Server, and Web API experience.

Key focus areas include CRM customization, REST/SOAP integrations, and messaging with NServiceBus, delivering robust enterprise solutions in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Total 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 8 years in Dynamics CRM.
• Experience in integrations with ERP, on-premise and online systems.
• Strong knowledge of CRM security model.
• Hands-on configuration, customization of MS Dynamics CRM, CRM Web API, and JavaScript (OData/REST).
• Excellent understanding of Dynamics CRM Online/365, entities, workflows and configuration.
• Exposure to CRM technical aspects esp. JavaScript, installation.
• Proficiency in CRM entities, workflows, configurations, and customization development.
• Proficient in CRM functional areas: Sales, Marketing, Service management.
• Strong .NET foundation: WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server.
• Experience integrating CRM via web services (REST/SOAP) and messaging (NServiceBus).
• Expertise in plugins, workflows, business processes, and custom scripts.
• Knowledge of best practices for CRM 2013/2015 design and development.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile development.
• Strong communication and articulation skills.

Responsibilities

• Experience in integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Extend Dynamics CRM with plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources.
• Understand CRM security model thoroughly.
• Configure and customize Dynamics CRM, CRM Web API, and JavaScript (OData/REST).
• Work with Dynamics CRM Online/365: entities, workflows, and configuration.
• Gain exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects, including JavaScript and installation.
• Develop CRM customizations: entities, workflows, configurations, and integrations.
• Contribute to CRM functional areas: Sales, Marketing, Service management.
• Utilize core .NET technologies: WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server.
• Integrate CRM using web services (REST/SOAP) and messaging (NServiceBus).
• Develop Plugins, Workflows, and business process flows; write custom scripts.
• Adhere to best practices for CRM 2013/2015 design and development.
• Work in an Agile environment and communicate effectively.
