Job summary

Orbus in Woodridge, IL seeks an experienced CRM Developer to administer, customize, and develop Microsoft D365 CE/CRM solutions. The role focuses on system administration, configuration, and technical issue resolution across Sales, CS, and Marketing.

You will design integrations using REST, Azure, and iPaaS, build Power Apps and flows, and deliver Power BI reports. Strong analytical and collaborative skills are required for fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, IT or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as an application lead & developer for Microsoft D365 CRM.
• Hands-on development, support and implementation experience.
• Full life-cycle CRM implementation experience.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, customization, configuration and testing for Dynamics 365 CRM enhancements.
• Manage security roles, permissions, updates and workflows.
• Build/modify model-driven and canvas apps; create Power Automate flows.
• Integrate D365 CE with third-party apps using REST APIs and iPaaS.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI; ensure data flow and performance.
