Job summary

Partner Company seeks a CRM Senior Developer/Administrator in the United States to own and evolve a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform environment. You will be the technical authority for administration, development, integrations, data, security, and production support, collaborating with stakeholders and external partners to deliver robust CRM solutions.

You will enhance automation, reliability, and performance across the CRM ecosystem, balancing day-to-day platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM, including administration, development, and production ownership.
• Strong expertise with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse, including security, solutions, and Power Automate.
• Experience with JavaScript, C# plugins, REST APIs or Dataverse Web API, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, support, maintenance, and improvement of Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform environments.
• Serve as internal escalation point for complex Dynamics 365 issues and coordinate recovery.
• Configure and develop Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions (tables, forms, dashboards, workflows).
• Develop CRM customizations using JavaScript, C#, Dataverse Web API, REST APIs.
• Support data flows between Dynamics 365 and other apps (imports, migrations, data quality).
• Manage CRM deployments across development, test, and production environments, including source control and releases.
