Job summary

FloresHR in the United States is seeking a CRM Senior Developer/Administrator who will own Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform. The role is hands-on, handling administration, development, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and external resources.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into practical configurations and ensure reliable CRM platform outcomes, with a focus on governance,

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse, including security, solutions, and Power Automate.
• Experience with system integrations, data synchronization, and deployments across environments.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple data sources.
• Ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and communicate with technical partners.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration and Support: manage Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform environments, users, roles, upgrades, and service accounts.
• Configuration and Development: build tables, fields, forms, dashboards, and Power Automate flows.
• Integration, Data, and Delivery: support data flows between Dynamics 365 and other apps; manage deployments from dev to prod.
• Business Partnership: translate business needs into configurations and work with stakeholders and teams on larger enhancements.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain quality work aligning with company values.
