Job summary

Meridian is seeking an experienced CRM Software Developer to design, develop, and integrate our Dynamics 365 CRM platform. You will mentor developers and work with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that boost member experience.

You’ll contribute to technical design, coding, and testing, and you will leverage Azure, Power Platform, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver secure, scalable CRM applications.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of software development experience
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, .NET, C#, SharePoint, and SQL Server
• Experience with enterprise systems integration and build processes
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and ADLC/ COBIT

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical design, coding, and testing for CRM applications and integrations.
• Work with a team of developers to foster a collaborative, high‑performing environment.
• Architect scalable, secure solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, .NET, and Azure.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and in‑house applications to enhance CRM functionality.
• Integrate CRM with external systems via APIs and Azure services.
• Manage solution lifecycle across development, test, and production using CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing applications, driving continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with internal clients and partners to align technology with business goals.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews to uphold best practices.
