Job summary

Project Cloud is seeking a hands-on paid media leader to own the performance of our advertising across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more. You will manage budgets, run campaigns, and drive profitable growth for our DTC site. The Sr.

Director of Ecommerce will provide direction while you collaborate with marketing and operations, and potentially external agencies based on scale. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, strong data-driven decision-making, and excellent

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on paid media across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
Experience leading a team or agency partners is a plus.
Data-driven with ability to turn insights into optimization decisions.
Strong communicator who can explain performance to non-specialists.
Able to work on-site in Snohomish County 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day execution, optimization, and scaling of paid campaigns across all active platforms.
Allocate and adjust spend to maximize ROAS and efficient customer acquisition; track in real time.
Run structured experiments on audiences, bids, and ad creative; partner with brand/creative teams.
Build clear, actionable reporting around key metrics and trends.
Identify new channel opportunities and growth levers as the DTC business scales.
