Job summary

Activate Talent, LLC is seeking a senior paid media strategist to own multi-channel campaigns for Shopify brands. You will directly engage with clients to shape growth strategies and lead media buying across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.

You will work hands-on to build campaigns, optimize performance, and report results with actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of eCommerce paid media experience, a proven track record of scaling DTC brands, and strong

Qualifications

3+ years managing paid social and paid search for eCommerce brands.
Account spends of $10k+/month and total career spend of $500k+ across Meta, TikTok and Google.
Experience with 5+ Shopify brands and ability to communicate impact.
Proven track record in scaling DTC brands with acquisition and retention focus.
Strong knowledge of full-funnel media buying and testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

Own paid media strategy and execution across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Ads.
Lead media planning, pacing, and budgets; direct client-facing communication.
Collaborate with creative, email/SMS, UGC, design, and dev teams for growth.
Build and optimize campaigns, dashboards, and client reporting.
Attend and lead client calls; present strategy and actions clearly.
Own revenue performance and maintain strong client relationships.
