Job summary

Compana Pet Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, DTC Site Experience & Operations to own day-to-day storefront performance for Bullymake and Dinovite. You will drive site experience, merchandising, ecommerce operations, and customer journey optimization across direct-to-consumer channels.

You will build and manage a CRO program, run A/B tests, forecast demand, and coordinate with customer service for launches and promotions. Remote in approved US states only.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DTC ecommerce or site optimization.
• Ownership of a meaningful consumer ecommerce storefront.
• Proficient with Shopify and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance of Bullymake and Dinovite storefronts.
• Lead site experience, merchandising, and ecommerce operations.
• Develop CRO roadmap and run A/B tests.
