Central Garden & Pet Company, based in Neptune City, NJ, seeks an (Sr.) E-Commerce Director to lead growth across all digital channels for brands like Nylabone, Four Paws, Cadet, Best Bully Sticks, Barkworthies and Paw Love. This leader will own P&Ls, drive demand, and optimize digital shelves with AI-enabled enhancements.

The role reports to the SVP, E-Commerce & Digital Marketing, and requires a seasoned, data-driven executive with a keen eye for trends, tooling, and high-visibility results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in e-commerce with consumer goods.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and managing P&L.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital commerce strategy across all digital channels.
• Own P&L, metrics, and budgets for e-commerce growth.
