You will own full customer P&Ls, pioneer AI-driven shelf optimization, and expand performance across major e-retail platforms in a high-visibility sales environment.

• Own full customer P&Ls, flexing long-term growth strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability across all digital commerce channels.
• Optimize product pages using digital merchandising tools, best-in-class media, and emerging AI capabilities to maximize digital shelf performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and forecasting, to drive efficient execution, demand planning, and campaign traffic.
• Lead and mentor an agile team of e-commerce professionals, managing budgets, promotional plans, and regular reporting for leadership.
