Job summary

Live Comfortably in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a strategic Senior Director of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce to lead our growing digital brands, including RestfulNights.com and Down Lite Bedding. This executive leadership role owns revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance across the DTC channel.

You will work cross-functionally and drive scalable, data-driven decision making to fuel long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership in DTC/eCommerce/digital commerce/omnichannel.
• 5+ years of direct responsibility for revenue, profitability, and business performance.
• Proven success scaling eCommerce with measurable revenue and profit growth.
• Experience with growth strategies supported by strong financial results.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, migrations, replatforming or digital transformations.
• Strong background in performance marketing, paid media, SEO, CRM, acquisition, and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term eCommerce and DTC growth strategy.
• Own revenue growth, profitability, and channel performance.
• Build annual business plans, budgets, forecasts, and roadmaps.
• Present results and investment recommendations to executives.
• Identify new growth opportunities, platforms, and partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive growth and customer experience.
