Job summary

Proppel Pty Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing US-based sports and recreation brand for a senior E-commerce Specialist to own its DTC website, revenue, and digital growth strategy.

This is a fully autonomous, ownership-driven role where you set the roadmap and are accountable for hitting monthly targets, not just executing tasks. You will lead e-commerce strategy, manage budgets and margins, and drive AI-enabled discovery and organic search across global markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of e-commerce experience with revenue ownership.
• Hands-on with Shopify, Google Merchant Center, GA4.
• Experience with Semrush or Ahrefs; AI-visibility tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the e-commerce strategy for the DTC website to drive revenue.
• Manage the DTC budget and margins; oversee international markets.
• Partner with paid media agency on strategy and campaigns.
• Drive organic visibility on Google, AI-driven platforms, and social search.
• Own post-click experience: speed, UX, checkout, promotions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Demand Planning, and Operations.
