Job summary

Plan Bee Inc. seeks a DTC Lead to build and run the U.S. direct-to-consumer business — from e-commerce site to marketplace presence, digital marketing, sales operations, fulfillment, customer community, and data analytics.

You will partner with supply chain and operations to align production planning and logistics, set strategic plans, and drive market entry while ensuring compliance and high GMV. This role requires leadership across teams and a passion for off-road electric powersports.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in U.S. DTC / e-commerce.
• Experience in electric motorcycles or powersports preferred.
• Working knowledge of U.S. compliance fundamentals (UL / DOT / sales tax / product liability).

Responsibilities

• Owns market research, strategic advisory, and business planning for the U.S. Direct-to-Consumer business.
• Owns product compliance and localization for the U.S. Direct-to-Consumer business.
• Owns sales operations and fulfillment for the Direct-to-Consumer business, including order processing, customer service, and returns/exchanges workflows.
• Owns brand building, digital marketing, and customer community operations for the DTC business.
