Job summary

Comcast is seeking an experienced Account Manager to provide account management and sales support for an assigned portfolio of DSP and programmatic partners. Develops and manages overall account strategies for specific named accounts, including identification of incremental revenue opportunities and retention of existing services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, partner management, customer success or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem including DSPs, publishers and agencies.
• Proven experience managing strategic customer or partner relationships with revenue growth and retention.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations.
• Experience resolving operational, technical, or delivery issues in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial relationships with a portfolio of DSP and programmatic partners, including account strategy, spend growth, upsells and renewals.
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships and understand partner objectives and market dynamics.
• Lead business reviews to identify needs, communicate performance, and drive revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that address partner needs and drive success.
• Present program performance and insights to stakeholders and support contract processes and escalations.
