Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science/engineering field and 3+ years in dry etch in semiconductors.
• Strong understanding of dry etch fundamentals, equipment, and manufacturing principles.
• Experience troubleshooting process issues and driving improvements.
• Experience with DOE, statistical analysis, and process characterization.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Sustain, monitor, and optimize dry etch processes in high-volume manufacturing.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance yield, throughput, quality.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support transfer of new process technologies from development into production.
• Characterize, qualify, and validate new process equipment and changes.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Equipment Engineering, Quality to meet objectives.
• Analyze process data and drive continuous improvement with statistical methods.
• Benchmark performance and share best practices across teams.
• Ensure processes meet qualification, quality, and reliability requirements.
