Job summary

Tower Semiconductor is seeking a seasoned process engineering leader to mentor a team in the dry etch area at our Newport Beach facility. You will own sustaining engineering, process control, and continuous improvement, while guiding capacity expansion and technology transfer to meet customer specs.

You will collaborate across Operations, Equipment Engineering Support, Integration, and R&D teams, benchmark against global peers, and drive cost reduction and quality improvements with a strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in a semiconductor fab.
• Expertise with AMAT, LAM, and/or TEL dry etch tools.
• Knowledge of CMOS and RF wafer processing technologies and yields.
• Proven success in leading teams and solving complex technical problems.
• Expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with design of experiment techniques and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of process engineers and technicians in the dry etch area.
• Own sustaining engineering, process control, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Drive capacity expansion, process development, and technology transfer.
