Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of semiconductor dry etch processes and control methods.
• Minimum 3 years in engineering leadership within a semiconductor fab.
• Hands-on knowledge of dry etch equipment and processes (AMAT, LAM, TEL).
• Familiarity with CMOS and RF manufacturing processes and yield impacts.
• Experience with DOE, statistics, and data-driven optimization.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor process engineers and technicians in dry etch operations.
• Oversee process control, sustaining engineering, and continuous improvement.
• Drive yield, cost reduction, and manufacturing efficiency projects.
• Investigate complex equipment/process issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with ops, equipment engineering, and R&D to meet targets and quality.
