Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in a semiconductor fab.
• Expertise with AMAT, LAM, and TEL dry etch tools.
• Knowledge of advanced CMOS and RF wafer processing.
• Proven success leading teams and solving complex problems.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving and DOE skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of process engineers and technicians.
• Own sustaining engineering, process control and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Equipment Eng. Support, Integration and R&D.
• Drive capacity expansion, technology transfer and cost reduction.
• Define process specs for new technologies and production transition.
