Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field required
• 8+ years of wet etch process engineering experience; 3+ years with advanced degree
• 3+ years of leadership in a semiconductor manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers and technicians
• Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Maintain and improve wet etch process control for stable manufacturing performance
• Troubleshoot technical issues and lead root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
• Qualify processes across multiple tool platforms to increase operational flexibility
• Support new equipment qualification and production ramp activities
• Partner with Operations and Equipment Engineering to resolve manufacturing challenges and meet output targets
• Serve as the subject matter expert for wet etch processes
• Develop process specifications for new technologies and transition qualified processes into production
• Support capital planning including justification and implementation of new process equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to benchmark performance and implement best practices
• Foster ownership, accountability, and high performance
