Prosum is hiring an Equipment Engineering Manager for Wet Etch in Newport Beach, CA. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, drive reliability and uptime of Wet Etch equipment, and oversee maintenance programs to optimize production.

The role requires a strong background in semiconductor equipment and a proven track record in managing upgrades, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve manufacturing excellence.

Formación

• 10+ years of hands-on semiconductor equipment engineering experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Expertise in Wet Etch equipment and processes.
• Proven project management skills in fast-paced manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of equipment engineers and technicians.
• Drive reliability, uptime, and maintenance strategies for Wet Etch equipment.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, process engineering, and maintenance teams.
• Manage equipment upgrades and process improvements using PM practices.
