Job summary

Leidos is seeking a DRSN Support Technician III to join the DGOC at Scott AFB, IL. You will perform network operations, monitor alarms, and coordinate with customers to maintain mission-critical availability. The role requires a TS clearance and DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification, with rotation to include nights and weekends.

Responsibilities include incident handling, ServiceNow ticketing, and collaboration across UC and DoD domains to minimize operational impact and restore services promptly.

Qualifications

• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) prior to start date.
• Able to work in a 24x7 shift work environment.
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance.
• General understanding of voice infrastructure and IP network topologies.

Responsibilities

• Create/update/resolve issues using network knowledge and ServiceNow.
• Notify contacts based on incidents affecting networks, circuits or locations.
• Operate and analyze customer circuits (TDM, SIP trunks).
• Collaborate with UC stakeholders and leaders to maximize network availability.
• Monitor network alarms using management tools and provide global situational awareness.
• Document outages, escalations and resolutions through incident lifecycle.
