Job summary

Easton Coach Company LLC is seeking a training and operations supervisor to oversee driver onboarding, classroom and on-road instruction. You will observably mentor drivers, ensure compliance with policies, and manage selection and training programs to maintain safe, reliable service.

The role requires DOT medical card, CDL with Passenger Endorsement, and proven leadership in fast-paced environments. A strong focus on customer service and safety is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two years' demand-responsive customer service experience.
• DOT medical card issued by a company provider.
• CDL with Passenger Endorsement required.
• Strong training and evaluation skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Conducts new hire orientation and driver training.
• Provides road training and observation to ensure policy compliance.
• Assesses drivers on service, passenger assistance and safety.
• Performs ride-alongs to monitor KPIs and performance.
• Responds to accidents and reports appropriately.
• Directs interviewing, selection and recruitment of operators.
• Manages driver training; may retrain and discipline as needed.
• Supports safety training and maintains safety records.
• Coordinate compliance with laws and company objectives.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
