Strong communication, organizational skills, and reliability are essential. This on-site position requires travel within the service area and adherence to Federal, State, and company regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of training experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in transportation, safety, or related field.
• Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation to travel within the service area as needed.
• Ability to meet applicable DOT physical and drug testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom and behind-the-wheel training for new and existing drivers.
• Conduct additional training for location employees as needed.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Support safety initiatives, including accident investigations, compliance documentation, and safety meetings.
• Ensure training meets company policies and applicable safety regulations.
