Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience per year of college requested.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety metrics and KPIs for service pickup, deadhead, and weekly assignments.
• Supervise driver performance to balance business and driver needs.
• Coach drivers on performance and behavior expectations using High Performance Coaching.
• Maintain high level of service through proactive communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Maximize profitability through efficient equipment utilization.
• Handle driver disputes and sensitive issues with effective communication.
• Plan driver loads based on availability and ensure on-time service.
• Coordinate with drivers on drug screens and CDL renewal deadlines.
• Collaborate with other departments to support organizational objectives.
