Qualifications

• Requires a BSEE with extensive semiconductor design experience or MSEE with 10+ years in design leadership.
• Deep knowledge of CMOS circuit design, device physics, state machines, and verification methodologies.
• Proficiency in Verilog modeling, simulations, and PDN analysis; scripting in Python/Tcl/Perl.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize digital/analog circuits for next-gen DRAM products, including memory arrays and I/O circuitry.
• Lead circuit development, simulation, verification, and silicon validation to meet performance and power targets.
• Drive floor-planning, layout optimization, and tape-out activities; mentor engineers.
