Job summary

Horrocks in Spokane, WA seeks a Design-Build Drainage Lead/Manager to guide transportation drainage design on major projects. You will lead and mentor drainage teams, coordinate with other discipline leads, and deliver analyses, reports, plans and specifications.

Must have a PE license; 10+ years drainage design; 3+ years DOT DB/PDB; strong client relations and communication; ability to manage deadlines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leading drainage design for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead drainage discipline engineering teams for transportation projects and pursuits.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads.
• Lead drainage/hydraulic design, analysis, reports, plans, specs and quantities.
