Job summary

Horrocks in Spokane, WA is seeking a Design-Build Drainage Lead/Manager to guide drainage design efforts on transportation projects. You will lead teams, coordinate with discipline leads, and deliver hydraulic analyses, reports, and drawings using Microstation/OpenRoads/Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• PE license in preferred states: UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA.
• 10+ years leading drainage design for infrastructure.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Strong teamwork, client relations, and communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead drainage discipline engineering teams for transportation DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads to ensure integrated designs.
• Act as integral member of the project delivery team.
• Lead drainage/hydraulic design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specs, and quantities.
• Utilize Microstation, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with team members and clients.
• Be available for local and Rocky Mountain Region wide projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients and management to meet deadlines.
• Grow professionally within project teams to support client goals.
