United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Drug & Alcohol Program Manager to lead our comprehensive testing program for the entire driver workforce, including both CDL and non-CDL drivers, ensuring compliance with 49 CFR Parts 40 and 382.

You will oversee pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up testing, while coordinating with C/TPA, MROs, SAPs, and vendor sites across multiple USDOT numbers.

Formación

• Experience administering a DOT-mandated drug and alcohol testing program.
• Experience managing testing for a mixed CDL/non-CDL workforce across multiple USDOT numbers.
• DER responsibilities and policy enforcement experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the company’s drug and alcohol testing program for CDL and non-CDL drivers.
• Serve as or supervise the DER for CDL testing decisions.
• Coordinate pre-employment, random, post-accident, and follow-up testing and testing schedules.
• Maintain MIS documentation and audit-ready records for all USDOT numbers.
• Manage relationships with C/TPA, MROs, collection sites and SAPs.
• Partner with HR, Safety, Legal, and Operations to ensure compliant practices.
