United Site Services is seeking a Senior Drug & Alcohol Program Manager to lead our comprehensive DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing program for the driver workforce. You will serve as the DER or oversee it, ensuring full compliance with 49 CFR Parts 40 and 382 and maintaining consistent testing standards across CDL and non-CDL drivers.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a DOT drug and alcohol testing program.
• DER certification preferred and/or reasonable suspicion training certification.
• Strong documentation and recordkeeping discipline; confidentiality in handling sensitive personnel matters and PII.

Responsabilités

• Oversee CDL and non-CDL drug/alcohol testing programs per federal and internal policies.
• Serve as or supervise DER and act as primary contact for test results.
• Coordinate pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty and follow-up testing.
• Maintain random testing pools and ensure compliance with FMCSA minimum rates.
• Manage FMCSA Clearinghouse queries and reporting for all CDL drivers.
• Oversee relationships with C/TPA, MROs, collection sites, and SAPs.
