Octapharma Plasma, Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Donor Center Specialist to evaluate donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis, administer and supervise approved immunizations, and provide limited emergency care per licensure.

You will ensure SOP, cGMP, and regulatory compliance while gaining exposure to all center operations. You will review medical histories, consent discussions, immunization records, and test results, document findings in NexLynk, and mentor staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have healthcare-related education and active license/certification.
• Current CPR certification required.
• One year hospital, clinical, or plasma center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews, physical assessments, and informed consent discussions per SOPs and regulations.
• Review, document, and verify donor information, immunization records, and test results in NexLynk.
• Classify donors into programs and monitor for adverse reactions with appropriate care per training.
• Consult the center Licensed Physician on abnormal results and immunization orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation including logs and eligibility assessments.
• Train as Donor Center Technician I and serve as QA Backup when needed.
