Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. seeks a Donor Center professional to evaluate donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis, administer approved immunizations, and provide limited emergency care as licensed. The role requires knowledge of SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines.

You will review donor data in NexLynk, classify donors into programs, and collaborate with licensed physicians on abnormal results and immunization orders. Opportunities for training and leadership development are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related program.
• Current CPR certification.
• State license/certification to practice as physician, LPN, RN, EMT, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility via medical history reviews, physicals, and informed consent per SOPs and regulatory guidance.
• Review and verify donor information, immunization records, and tests in NexLynk.
• Classify donors and monitor for adverse reactions; provide care as allowed by training/licensure.
• Consult with licensed physician on abnormal results and eligibility concerns.
• Train as a Donor Center Technician I and QA backup; mentor new staff.
