Qualifications

• This role requires healthcare training and licensure suitable for donor care.
• Experience with donor screening, immunization administration, and emergency response is preferred.
• Proficient documentation in donor management systems and compliance with SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews, physical assessments, and consent discussions.
• Review, document, and verify donor information and test results in NexLynk.
• Classify donors into programs and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Consult with center Licensed Physician on abnormal results and immunization orders.
• Counsel deferred donors and refer to health departments when needed.
• Maintain documentation such as Physician Logs and eligibility assessments.
• Train as Donor Center Technician I and serve as QA Backup when needed.
• Mentor and train new Medical Professionals as Designated Trainer.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team for an efficient, donor-focused environment.
