Job summary

Ventus Executive Solutions in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Test Engineer to lead planning, integration, execution, and evaluation of advanced test programs for defense systems. You will provide senior technical expertise shaping test strategies and methods with DoD stakeholders.

Travel up to 25% is required; a Secret clearance is required and Top Secret clearance is obtainable. You will guide TEMPs and ensure system performance meets rigorous operational and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 11+ years of defense TE experience.
• Master's degree and 10+ years in defense TE.
• Experience leading TEMPs, test planning, and live-fire testing.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, integration, execution, and evaluation of complex test programs.
• Develop and integrate comprehensive Test & Evaluation strategies.
• Coordinate TEMPs with stakeholders across DoD and industry.
• Provide technical recommendations to senior leadership.
