Job summary

Vantor Inc. is seeking a senior test and evaluation professional to support DoD space/remote sensing programs from our California facility. You will test, analyze, verify, and validate complex space and ground systems, and drive DT&E activities to ensure readiness for operational testing.

U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance are required, with 2–3 days on-site per week. Responsibilities include developing TEMPs/STPs/RVPs/RVRs, coordinating with government and prime contractors, and delivering

Qualifications

• Requires Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a technology field.
• 10+ years in test & evaluation on major defense acquisitions, with space/ground systems.
• 5+ years supporting DT&E programs as part of LDTO.
• Experience planning, executing, and reporting DT&E activities per AFI 99-103/AFMAN 63-119.
• Experience executing tests, data analysis, and reporting findings and recommendations.
• Experience developing TEMPs, STPs, RVPs, RVRs.
• Systems-of-systems test experience for space-to-ground or cross-segment integration.
• Ability to decompose system requirements and allocate testable elements.
• Strong collaboration with government, primes, and test orgs; knowledge of IEEE 15288.1/2.

Responsibilities

• Test, analyze, evaluate, verify, and validate space/remote sensing systems.
• Identify urgent mitigation areas up-front to mature system with advanced tech solutions.
• Prepare test procedures, artifacts, and reports with findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with ITT, DRB, MIPRB, and technical interchange meetings.
• Conduct TRRs and ensure acceptance criteria and success metrics are met.
