Job summary

Torch Technologies seeks a Senior Test Engineer to develop and lead the program's Test and Evaluation strategy at Hanscom AFB, MA. You will oversee integrated test teams, document test concepts, and validate software against mission outcomes.

The role requires DoD experience, DoW processes, and strong leadership to deconflict testing across releases and drive testing velocity in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years in a DoD environment and understanding of DoW processes.
• Experience with test planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document the program's overarching Test and Evaluation (T&E) Strategy.
• Lead government oversight activities within an integrated test team.
• Prepare criteria, analyses, and test plans; review test results for quality.
