Job summary

Torch Technologies in Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior Test & Evaluation Support Manager to lead T&E activities for FMxC2 programs at Gunter Maxwell AFB. Plan, coordinate, and execute test strategies, DoE analyses, and SDLC-aligned testing with ITT teams and capability delivery groups.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree, US citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and experience with CSTE, JITC, and DevSecOps test automation. Onsite role with competitive benefits and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Master's degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience in DoD or 15 years of related work with proper certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12 years of experience, five in the DoW.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, review and approve test strategy and plans.
• Apply STAT/DoE methods and plan test automation using DevSecOps.
• Support test execution, data gathering, reduction, analysis and reporting.
• Review KPIs, CTPs, and performance measures for tests.
• Prepare T&E segments of Acquisition documentation and CSTE activities.
