Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a senior Test Manager B-52 Div to support the USAF Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on test and evaluation leadership for acquisition and sustainment programs, ensuring risk-informed decisions and rigorous TEMPs.

The candidate will coordinate with government leads, manage resources, and drive test strategies across developmental and operational contexts. Applicants should have a strong DoD background, extensive T&E experience, and the ability to

Qualifications

Active Top Secret security clearance (or higher).
10+ years in Test & Evaluation (T&E) with emphasis on program management, disciplined test engineering, planning, and data analysis.
Advanced degree requirements or equivalent DoD-experience as specified in the PWS.

Responsibilities

Apply T&E knowledge to support USAF systems acquisition and sustainment.
Lead T&E programs from requirements through planning, execution, analysis and reporting.
Develop TEMP/test plans and support integrated test teams (ITTs).
Manage test resources, funding, schedules, and risk.
Provide professional T&E support to stakeholders with clear technical communication.
