Job summary

AUSGAR Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our DoD programs in the San Diego area.

The role focuses on planning, coordinating, executing, analyzing and documenting test and evaluation activities for mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate has an active Secret clearance, extensive experience with test strategies, requirements tracing and risk management, and can work in a hybrid environment with roughly 60% onsite and 40% remote work.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required and must be maintained.
• Experience developing test plans, procedures and reports with traceability.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition, systems engineering and risk management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated test and evaluation strategies for communications and navigation systems and subsystems.
• Coordinate with program managers, test IPTs, and lab partners to support T&E activities.
• Plan, execute and document developmental, operational, interoperability, and cybersecurity testing.
