Job summary

Applied Research Solutions in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead integration, verification, and acceptance testing for complex DoD networked systems. You will own test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting, collaborating with engineering, program management, and customers to ensure mission readiness.

This on-site role at Hanscom AFB requires US citizenship, a Top-Secret clearance, and 12 years of experience in DoD environments, with strong expertise in tactical

Qualifications

• Experience leading integration, verification, validation, and acceptance testing for networked systems.
• Ability to own test strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and overall test procedures.
• Ability to develop test strategies, master test plans, detailed test procedures, test objectives, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Ability to lead personnel and coordinate activities across engineering, programs, operators, customers, and outside organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, Plan, and Implement strategies to analyze and develop test results for complex system activities.
• Prepare, maintain, update and review the full range of test plans and test-related procedures.
• Prepare Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), and monitor and review test events, analyses and reports.
• Review and analyze design documentation including engineering drawings and specifications and apply engineering techniques and procedures to analyze and evaluate a specific problem.
