Job summary

ActioNet, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee large-scale base infrastructure modernization for the Department of War (DoW). You will manage NIPR and SIPR networks, ensuring compliance with technical, schedule, security, and contractual requirements.

This role demands significant leadership skills and program management expertise, along with a strong understanding of DoD network environments. Candidates with substantial Federal Government program support experience may be considered for higher compensation.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
• Minimum five years experience managing large-scale network modernization efforts.
• Experience with DoW architecture and Risk Management Framework processes required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Integrated Master Schedule using Microsoft Project.
• Provide technical oversight for network modernization phases.
• Interface with stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
• Lead Integrated Product Team meetings and deliver presentations to Government leadership.
• Monitor post-cutover performance to ensure service level agreements are met.
