Job summary

Serco is seeking a Program Manager SME to support the AFLCMC/WAG portfolio at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and will involve advising on strategic planning and acquisition program management.

You will develop and maintain master schedules, coordinate with Warfighter commands and government offices, and lead risk management activities across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 25 years relevant experience in the DoD, other government agency, or DoD contractor.
• Masters Degree in MBA, management, or related field with minimum 20 years DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME-level guidance as Deputy to the Branch Materiel Leader for AFLCMC/WAG portfolio.
• Advise leadership on strategic planning for capability development and demonstrations.
• Apply program management expertise to acquisition program challenges and advise teams.
• Develop/maintain master schedule and highlight conflicts/resource constraints.
• Lead Branch risk management and track mitigation.
• Develop branch processes and standardize acquisition documentation.
• Support executive reviews, inspections, and milestone events.
