Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Program Manager SME to support the AFLCMC/WAG portfolio at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. This role requires a TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and extensive DoD program management experience.

You will lead strategic planning, schedule development, risk management, and coordination with warfighter commands, AFRL, and prime contractors, traveling up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP access.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 25+ years of DoD/government or DoD contractor experience.
• Master’s Degree (MBA/management/finance/logistics/STEM) with 20+ years DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Provide SME-level Deputy to Branch Materiel Leader for AFLCMC/WAG portfolio.
• Advise leadership on strategic capability development and demonstration initiatives.
• Apply PM knowledge to acquisition program management challenges and advise teams.
• Develop/maintain master schedule integrating Branch programs and PPBS events.
• Lead Branch risk management: process, frequency, tracking, mitigation.
• Develop branch processes and standardization of acquisition documentation.
• Interpret DoD acquisition strategies and tailor to program needs.
• Develop high quality acquisition program documentation.
• Manage relations with warfighter commands, AFRL, government offices, and primes.
